MMP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,472 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-28P, LINC01982, and SNORD90. Each is linked with MMP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP8-to-partner and partner-to-MMP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-28P grouped by MMP8-low versus MMP8-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
