MMP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, ATM, and MEK1. Each is linked with MMP8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP8-to-partner and partner-to-MMP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by MMP8-low versus MMP8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
