MMP21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,803 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6796, TBC1D3F, and NDUFA4P2. Each is linked with MMP21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP21-to-partner and partner-to-MMP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6796 grouped by MMP21-low versus MMP21-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
