MMP21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, C20orf85, and IL22. Each is linked with MMP21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP21-to-partner and partner-to-MMP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf118 grouped by MMP21-low versus MMP21-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
