MMP20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, MEK1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with MMP20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP20-to-partner and partner-to-MMP20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by MMP20-low versus MMP20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
