Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 856 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mesenchymal to epithelial transition involved in metanephros morphogenesis, Negative regulation of reactive oxygen species biosynthetic process, and Regulation of bicellular tight junction assembly. Each is linked with MMP20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP20-to-partner and partner-to-MMP20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mesenchymal to epithelial transition involved in metanephros morphogenesis grouped by MMP20-low versus MMP20-high in PANCREAS.
