MMEL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMEL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,017 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMEL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRXL2B, TKFC, and PLEKHA6_S459. Each is linked with MMEL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMEL1-to-partner and partner-to-MMEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMEL1 versus PRXL2B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
