MMEL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAD2L1, EXO1, and LINC00708. Each is linked with MMEL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMEL1-to-partner and partner-to-MMEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAD2L1 grouped by MMEL1-low versus MMEL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
