The most reproducible MMADHC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1233P, RN7SKP120, and RNY1P1. Each is linked with MMADHC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMADHC-to-partner and partner-to-MMADHC results are reported.
