MMADHC-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMADHC-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,810 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMADHC-DT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD5, REV3L, and EPC2. Each is linked with MMADHC-DT in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMADHC-DT-to-partner and partner-to-MMADHC-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMADHC-DT versus MBD5 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMADHC-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMADHC-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
