Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMACHC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,439 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMACHC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process, IMP biosynthetic process, and mRNA alternative polyadenylation. Each is linked with MMACHC in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMACHC-to-partner and partner-to-MMACHC results are reported.
