MLXIPL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLXIPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLXIPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP12, C9orf92, and TAS2R9. Each is linked with MLXIPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLXIPL-to-partner and partner-to-MLXIPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FABP12 grouped by MLXIPL-low versus MLXIPL-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLXIPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLXIPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
