MLLT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLLT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP11, CCL5, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with MLLT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT1-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP11 grouped by MLLT1-low versus MLLT1-high in UCS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
