Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLLT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, OR4D11, and PRAMEF8. Each is linked with MLLT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT1-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT1 results are reported.
