Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKKS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,002 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKKS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5E-9P, CD99P1, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with MKKS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKKS-to-partner and partner-to-MKKS results are reported.
