MKI67

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKI67 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,134 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKI67-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and ECT2_T359. Each is linked with MKI67 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKI67-to-partner and partner-to-MKI67 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKI67 versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKI67→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKI67) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
