Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MISP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MISP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDR42E1P1, MIR8082, and MIR3675. Each is linked with MISP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MISP3-to-partner and partner-to-MISP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SDR42E1P1 grouped by MISP3-low versus MISP3-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MISP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MISP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
