Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MISP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MISP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYS2, OR2D2, and KCNG4. Each is linked with MISP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MISP-to-partner and partner-to-MISP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GYS2 grouped by MISP-low versus MISP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MISP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MISP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
