MIS18A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIS18A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,571 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIS18A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, NCAPG, and NCL_S67. Each is linked with MIS18A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIS18A-to-partner and partner-to-MIS18A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIS18A versus SUPT16H in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIS18A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIS18A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
