Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIS18A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,032 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIS18A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMNB1, CENPK, and FANCD2. Each is linked with MIS18A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIS18A-to-partner and partner-to-MIS18A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIS18A versus LMNB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIS18A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIS18A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
