MIR99A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR99A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR99A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4M1, MIR299, and TUBB1P2. Each is linked with MIR99A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR99A-to-partner and partner-to-MIR99A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR99A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR99A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
