Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6129 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6129 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MIR6129 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6129 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and CESC show a favorable association.

LUAD, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where MIR6129 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
