The most reproducible MIR6089-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pigment metabolic process, Negative regulation of carbohydrate metabolic process, and Organic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with MIR6089 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6089-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6089 results are reported.
