Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6089 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6089 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher MIR6089 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6089 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and STAD show a favorable association.

DLBC, BLCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where MIR6089 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
