Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR486-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,940 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR486-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Protein acetylation, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MIR486-1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR486-1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR486-1 results are reported.
