Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4435-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,429 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4435-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, and Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with MIR4435-2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4435-2-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4435-2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by MIR4435-2-low versus MIR4435-2-high in ESCA.
