MIR4285

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4285 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,742 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR4285-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH2B2, DMTF1, and CICP14. Each is linked with MIR4285 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4285-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4285 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR4285 versus SH2B2 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR4285→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR4285) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
