Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4285 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4285 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MIR4285 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4285 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LAML show a favorable association.
ACC, LUAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where MIR4285 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
