Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4269 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4269 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MIR4269 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4269 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SARC show a favorable association.
UVM, LUSC, and KIRP are the cancer types where MIR4269 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
