Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR378H RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR378H data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MIR378H RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR378H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KIRP show a favorable association.
HNSC, KIRP, and UCS are the cancer types where MIR378H RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
