Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR374A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,250 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR374A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein acylation, Obsolete ncRNA transcription, and Regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with MIR374A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR374A-to-partner and partner-to-MIR374A results are reported.
