Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3670-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3670-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCIF1, CAB39L, and SCNN1A. Each is linked with MIR3670-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3670-2-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3670-2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCIF1 grouped by MIR3670-2-low versus MIR3670-2-high in LUAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3670-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3670-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
