Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3670-2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3670-2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MIR3670-2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3670-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC are the cancer types where MIR3670-2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
