MIR365A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR365A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,188 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR365A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINE1, SFXN2, and ITPRID2_S767. Each is linked with MIR365A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR365A-to-partner and partner-to-MIR365A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR365A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR365A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
