MIR361

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR361 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,302 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR361-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR590, RN7SKP74, and PARGP1. Each is linked with MIR361 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR361-to-partner and partner-to-MIR361 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR361→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR361) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
