MIR328

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR328 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,284 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR328-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of atrial cardiac muscle cell membrane repolarization, Negative regulation of calcium ion transmembrane transport via high voltage-gated calcium channel, and Regulation of membrane repolarization during cardiac muscle cell action potential. Each is linked with MIR328 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR328-to-partner and partner-to-MIR328 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR328→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR328) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 4,284 associations by consensus.
