Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR328 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR328 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher MIR328 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR328 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

DLBC, ESCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where MIR328 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
