Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR31HG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR31HG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, MYB-AS1, and RNU7-119P. Each is linked with MIR31HG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR31HG-to-partner and partner-to-MIR31HG results are reported.
