MIR3145

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3145 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,832 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR3145-associated genes across cancer lineages are NHSL1, CICP14, and NKTR. Each is linked with MIR3145 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3145-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3145 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR3145 versus NHSL1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3145→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3145) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
