The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher MIR3145 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3145 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and READ show a favorable association.
