Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3135A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,241 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3135A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFATC2, SEPTIN1, and CLIC2. Each is linked with MIR3135A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3135A-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3135A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR3135A versus NFATC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3135A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3135A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
