The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MIR3135A RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3135A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and KIRP show a favorable association.
KIRC, READ, and THCA are the cancer types where MIR3135A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
