MIR302C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR302C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,544 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR302C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, RNA secondary structure unwinding, and RNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with MIR302C in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR302C-to-partner and partner-to-MIR302C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR302C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR302C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
