Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR302C RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR302C data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher MIR302C RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR302C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and STAD show a favorable association.
THCA, LGG, and LIHC are the cancer types where MIR302C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
