Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR26A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,364 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR26A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR421, NKTR, and TSSK4. Each is linked with MIR26A1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR26A1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR26A1 results are reported.
