Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR26A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,009 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR26A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RANBP1_S188, XPC_S94, and EIF3H_S183. Each is linked with MIR26A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR26A1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR26A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR26A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR26A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
