MIR200B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR200B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,737 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR200B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR429, MIR200A, and STAG3L5P. Each is linked with MIR200B in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR200B-to-partner and partner-to-MIR200B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR200B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR200B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
