Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR200B RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR200B data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MIR200B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR200B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KICH show a favorable association.

CESC, HNSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where MIR200B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
