MIR16-1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR16-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,135 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR16-1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IWS1_S440, PEAK1_S826, and SFSWAP_S870. Each is linked with MIR16-1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR16-1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR16-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR16-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR16-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
