MIR148A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR148A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,112 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR148A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Nucleotide-excision repair, and DNA methylation-dependent heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with MIR148A in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR148A-to-partner and partner-to-MIR148A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR148A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR148A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
